Market Enginuity Unveils Podcast Group Leadership and Infrastructure to Accelerate Innovation

Market Enginuity unveils two executive leadership appointments for its Podcast Group that will accelerate digital innovation, drive revenue growth and transform its offerings for advertisers through audience engagement with premium digital audio.

Enginuity has appointed Laurie Belleau as VP digital innovation and general manager of the Market Enginuity Podcast Group. Belleau joins from American Public Media where she was director, digital sales, ad operations and revenue partnerships. Belleau serves on the IAB Digital Audio Committee and IAB Podcast Working Group.

The selection of Belleau, an early pioneer in the podcast industry, signals the ongoing Enginuity commitment to bringing cutting-edge technologies and services to mission-driven media properties. In the past year, Market Enginuity has announced partnerships with AnalyticOwl and Barometric, launching ROI-driven attribution tools for both radio broadcast and podcast campaigns.

Jim Lally, SVP national podcast and network broadcast sales has been promoted to chief podcast sales officer. In his expanded role, Lally will work closely with Enginuity sales leaders to unlock podcast revenue potential from marketers across the country, developing 100+ salespeople as masters in premium digital audio. He will continue to lead and coach the Enginuity Podcast Group sales team, based in New York.

Other promotions within the group include Doug Latino promoted to VP, client solutions and innovation, who will focus on developing new custom sponsorship opportunities for client partners. Alanna Vaughns was promoted to director of sales operations and will work towards streamlining operational infrastructure to support revenue growth.
